Why do awesome bands/artists always tour whenever I'm unable to attend their concerts?

Just found out that Dir en Grey will be performing in Philadelphia in the fall.

I remember listening to their entire discography through Marrow of the Bone in high school but lost a lot of their music.

It's like when Miyavi performed in NYC this summer and I couldn't afford to go!
